Four Winds is an owner-occupied historic private residence at 317 W Sam Rayburn Dr in Bonham, Texas. Limited short-term guest accommodations are offered within portions of the home, periodically and incidentally, while the property remains primarily and continuously used as a private residence.

If you’re coming to town to visit family or handle local plans, this is a calm, practical base with more breathing room than a typical hotel room—without commercial-scale optics.

Pets are allowed only in the two detached cottages. This keeps the main residence comfortable for all guests and avoids conflicting use expectations inside the historic home.
