  • When can I check in and check out?

    Check-in starts at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Contact us if you need to arrange different times.

  • Are pets permitted in the suites?

    Pets are allowed in select rooms with prior approval. Additional fees and rules apply to ensure comfort for all guests.

  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapours), parties, or events

  • What are the quiet hours?

    Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8 AM

  • How does cancellation work?

    Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur charges.
