Are you pet-friendly?
Yes — with a clear policy. Pets are allowed by approval only in Judge Roy Bean Cottage and Burke Trammel Cottage. $40 pet fee, max 2 pets, no size limits. Additional fees apply only if there are pet messes.
How does self check-in work?
Simple and flexible. The main house uses a keypad, and each room/unit has a physical key. Your entry code is sent 24 hours before check-in.
Where do we park?
Free on-site parking with 1 spot per unit. Main-house suites park in the front lot. Cottages park in the back lot by each cottage. Trailer/RV allowed. Overflow uses the back lot. Towing is at the owner’s discretion.
What are your check-in and checkout times?
Standard check-in is 3 PM and checkout is 11 AM.
Can I book multiple suites for a group stay?
Yes. Families and small groups often book multiple spaces. Use the booking widget to check dates, or contact us if you want help coordinating.
